Preparation Method:
RuPhos Pd G1 Methyl t-Butyl Ether Adduct can be prepared by the following steps:
1. reacting dicyclohexylphosphino-2 ',6'-di I-propoxy -1,1 '-biphenyl with 2-(2-aminoethylphenyl) bromide to generate dicyclohexylphosphino-2',6 '-di I-propoxy -1,1'-biphenyl dibromide;
2. the reaction of dicyclohexylphosphino-2 ',6'-di I-propoxy -1,1 '-biphenyl dibromide with chloropalladium acid to generate RuPhos Pd G1 palladium ligand;
3. add the generated RuPhos Pd G1 palladium ligand to methyl tert-butyl ether for solvent addition.
